Connect AdAI to Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor

Create editable image ads, make size variations, inspect previews, and export PNG or scene JSON.

You need an AdAI account on this site. Sign in with your own account when the connection asks. Accounts on a different AdAI deployment are separate.

Claude

  1. Open Settings, then Connectors. Add a custom Web connector named AdAI Image Ads.
  2. Enter the server URL above. Choose OAuth, Sign in now, and Register automatically.
  3. Sign in to AdAI and approve the connection.

For a team workspace, an owner must first add the connector to the organization.

ChatGPT

  1. Open Plugins, select the plus button, then Add custom MCP server.
  2. Name it AdAI Image Ads, enter the server URL above, and choose OAuth with automatic client registration.
  3. Create and install the plugin. Sign in to AdAI and approve the connection.
  4. In a new Work chat, type @ and select the plugin.

Your account or workspace settings can restrict custom connections. No provider API key or client secret is needed.

Cursor

  1. Open Cursor's Customize page and add an MCP server, or open your global ~/.cursor/mcp.json configuration.
  2. Merge the entry below into mcpServers. Keep any servers already configured. For one project only, use .cursor/mcp.json in that project.
  3. Enable AdAI Image Ads and use its sign-in option. Sign in to AdAI in the browser and approve the connection. Select Continue to Cursor if shown.
  4. In Agent chat, ask AdAI to list your image-ad projects. Review tool requests before approving them.

No API key, bearer token or client secret belongs in this configuration. Cursor discovers OAuth automatically. Desktop and cloud agents have separate sign-ins. If your team restricts MCP servers, ask an administrator to allow this server URL.

Access, cost, and limits

Read access lets the assistant read your image projects and export them. Write access also lets it create ads and variations. You can access only your own projects.

The beta allows 11 accepted generation requests per account in each rolling 24-hour period. Work uses AdAI's configured provider credits. A Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor subscription does not pay for AdAI generation.

Use your own product facts and images. Without supplied images, the tools create text and shape layouts. They do not publish ads, manage campaigns, or create video.

Export links expire after 15 minutes and allow up to three downloads. Anyone who has a link can download that revision until it expires or you revoke the connection.

Manage or revoke your connections. Revocation stops future use and invalidates that connection's export links. Saved projects remain in AdAI.
